How to buy:

I accept PayPal, Venmo, or direct checkout through the site. All custom pieces are purchased by making a 50% deposit with the balance due upon completion. Pictures will be provided along the way. More details on the Custom page. Please reach out if you have any questions about how to purchase.

Sizing:

Since my pieces are handmade, ring sizing and chain lengths are final and can’t be altered. I use an industry standard mandrel for ring sizing and will list the size in both the title and the items description. If you are not sure of your size, pop into any local jeweler and they’ll fit you. Please double check before purchasing and pay extra attention to any additional sizing notes that may be mentioned in the description.

Jewelry Care:

Sterling silver tarnishes naturally over time and with exposure to oxygen and moisture. I recommend storing in a dry (preferably airtight) location. I include a polishing pad in each order which can be used to gently shine each item and return it to it’s original lustre. Please be gentle with your piece, as you would any other special jewelry. Some pieces will have an intentional patina (blackened areas) and using a commercial cleaner will likely strip that away. Certain stones can also be damaged by commercial gemstone cleaning solutions, so we recommend avoiding those entirely. I’m happy to professionally polish and clean any of my pieces at any point for a nominal fee. Contact me for a jewelry cleaning quote.

Shipping:

I ship on Tuesdays and Fridays if the item is ready made. All jewelry ships USPS priority and you’ll be provided with a tracking number. Please note that if unforeseen circumstances occur and there is delayed shipping, I will notify you immediately. If you need an item by a particular date, please email me at coastaljewelrystudio@gmail.com and reference your order number.

Returns:

I do not typically accept returns but I do strive to go beyond my clients expectations. So, if you have an issue with your purchase, please reach out to me directly. I will not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing,
so please read size descriptions carefully.
